Ali Osman ÖZTÜRK
Chairman of the Board of Directors
He was born in 1947 in Manyas, Balıkesir. Graduating from the Geography Program in the Faculty of Literature of İstanbul University, Mr. ÖZTÜRK has always been in the foreground with his teacher identity both in his career starting as a Geography Teacher and all his subsequent activities.
Following his initial attempt starting with the takeover of the Vocational High School of Tourism and Hotel Management in Ortaköy in 1972, he put "Üsküdar Science High School" being the first private Science High School of Turkey into service in 1987.
Deciding to provide the education services under the trademark of "Bilfen" in 1988, Mr. ÖZTÜRK also laid the foundations of Bilfen Schools which are one of the leading institutions of the industry.
With the belief that a happy future for nations will be determined by today's children and this is possible only with a successful education in our ever changing and developing world, Mr. ÖZTÜRK started to carry out activities also in the fields of collective catering, printing and publication in order to meet the needs of its students with priority in order to render a more quality service in the field of education and ensure the maintenance of this service and launched the current leading companies of our country.
Continuing to work as the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bilfen Group Companies, Osman ÖZTÜRK is an education investor and volunteer with the schools constructed in various regions of Turkey as a donation and the social responsibility projects he involved in. Mr. ÖZTÜRK is among the rare collectors of our country with the oil painting works and İznik Chinaware resulting from his interest in art and he is also a collector registered in İstanbul Archaeology Museums.
Fatih ÖZTÜRK
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
He was born in 1973 in İstanbul. He graduated from Bilfen Schools. He studies Finance in Bournemouth University in England. Starting to work in Bilfen Educational Institutions in 1997, Mr. ÖZTÜRK has still been acting as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bilfen Group Companies. He is not only an education investor and volunteer thanks to the schools constructed in various regions of Turkey as a donation and the social responsibility projects he involved in but also the Member of the Board of Trustees of TEMA. Being also a collector registered in İstanbul Archaeology Museums and a Congress Member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club, Mr. ÖZTÜRK is married and has four children.
İsmail Cem ÖZTÜRK
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
He was born in 1981 in İstanbul. He completed his high school education in Bilfen Schools. He studied English Language and Literature in Doğuş University. Starting to work in the group companies in 2004, Mr. ÖZTÜRK has still been acting as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bilfen Group Companies. Being also a collector registered in İstanbul Castles Museum, Mr. ÖZTÜRK is a Congress Member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and has one child.
